My name is Asaf Shay ​

My love for music brought me to study Sound Engineering which I graduated in 2009. 

Over the years I've gained a lot of experience

in different fields such as Recording, Mixing, Mastering, Production, and Live Sound.

 

In 2016 I joined Raw Tapes Records as a partner.

Raw Tapes is a record label founded in 2008 and has grown from being the home of the local beat scene to a meeting point of Producers, Jazz Artists, Vocalists, and Rappers, keeping itself on the cutting edge, yet always remaining soulful.

 

In 2018, with 2 friends, we founded Halal Studio.

During my career, I participated and still participate in big live performances around the world.

​

I've created this website to present some of the projects I enjoyed participating in.
